In May of 2005 Marcia Herrmann of Millstadt Illinois and Connie Novotny of St. Louis Mo., joined forces and opened a full design, and gift shop in Belleville, Illinois called "The Final Touch"

Marcia and Connie have a combined 20 years of experience in every facet of the design business. Marcia, after receiving her associates degree in interior design worked in areas of kitchen design, furniture placement, window treatments and accessorizing. Connie worked for a building contractor for 12 years, after deciding to work from home she designed gift baskets, florals, accessorized homes and created wedding flowers.

Five years ago when Marcia and Connie met, they were working from home and selling Southern Living at Home products (home party business). We began working together and decided it would be fun to have a place where you could shop for accessories, lamps, custom window treatments, artwork, furniture and all the things that make a house a home.
